spa today was erm, GOOD! hahahaa. cos dere wasnt any calculations.. damned. made me so kanjiong over the calculations part for nth lah. yup super tired today.. hah. mental trng was cancelled last min.. made us wait for 2hrs fer nth! so had team talk after dat and talked bout alot of stuffs. was quite.. i duno wads dat word haha. but its positive la. stayed back aft dat to hit ard and all n we took stupid pictures while playing hahaha den left ard 6. den me and ahma decided to go eat mac at toa payoh n we stayed dere for like 1hr+? hahha talked alot! bondin session with ahma was quite nice =)) oh and the team talk reminds me so much of netball. hurhur. i miss netball!!! haha =
