talking abt this, few weeks back a yr2 SMU student died cos of some i dunno, clot in his vein or smth like that. he was my older bro's friend, or rather friend's brother, haha but it was so sad cos he was proven perfectly healthy after the most recent checkup which was not far back. then suddenly one night, he became short of breath and died on the way to the hospital.
i'm reminded of him cos he was an avid gamer before that and he was a damn bright student doing a double degree in smu.
anw it has been proven that if you dont move your body parts for a certain period of time, there's a possibility that blood clots might form in your veins or somewhere and you might die from that. scary isn't it?
anw my mum drove ard NUS today to look at the halls. my god, eusoff looks... old to me? hahaha and i'm really really tempted to try Kent Ridge! but my chances of getting into Eusoff is like 99.38749%! should i or should i not?
and i'm still kinda regretful that i hadn't thought of overseas earlier. now that the deadlines are over, i'll have to wait again. maybe i can transfer credits or just aim for 1yr student exchange ;)
my mum wants me and my younger bro to do double degree man, like taking a deg in NUS and then another one overseas cos if the courses are related i can jump years or smth like that. so now i'm stuck between doing that or just try and get a good degree in a better university with a better course. my dad refuse to return also so i cannot ask him, hahaha
